All Over
Rover And Cats Too Mobile Pet Grooming was founded by NiCole
Martin and Stephanie Spiller, a mother/daughter team who are
residents of Elk Grove, CA. As pet owners they wanted something
different for their pets that was less stressful and more
convenient then the traditional two-trip excursion to the
salon, fighting traffic and wasting time that could be spent
elsewhere. They also disliked bathing in their home bathtubs,
which often clogged up their drains and meant additional cleanup
afterwards. With their love for animals, Stephanie and NiCole
decided it was time for a career change, a change that offered
a totally new service that eliminated all these hassles. What
is this new service? Mobile Pet Grooming, and why not bring
it to Elk Grove and the surrounding areas? They researched
and found that there were no mobile services dedicated to
just South Sacramento. They decided to pursue their love of
animals and start a service providing less stress for your
best friends, convience for the pet owner, and a high standard
of quality and professionalism that is offered through state-of-the-art
mobile grooming technology.
About
NiCole

|
After
graduating from Portland State University with a BS
in Sociology and a minor in Psychology, NiCole looked
for a satisfying job, and found nothing. Deciding
not to go to graduate school, she searched for a meaningful
and fulfilling career, and her love for animals lead
her to grooming school. She attended Betty's Dog Grooming
School in Cornelius, Oregon and underwent months of
intensive training, under one of the Pacific Northwest's
best who has been grooming for almost 30 years. NiCole
has groomed dogs from Poodles, Shih Tzu, Bichon Frises,
Lhasa Apsos, Westies, and Schnauzers to Labs, Ladradoodles,
Golden Retrievers, Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes and
Bouvier Des Flanders. Not only has she groomed all
breeds of dogs, but also well trained in grooming
cats. NiCole is also trained in T-Touch, and with
her gentle touches she can calm the most nervous pets,
hard-to-do pets, and especially elderly pets who need
that extra special touch.

About
Stephanie

|
After
spending twenty years in the hustle and bustle of the
Silicon Valley, Stephanie made the decision she wanted
to improve the quality of her life by doing something
she truly enjoyed. The love she had for her two miniature
Schnauzers, Minnie and Mickie, lead her to start grooming
them as a hobby, which became a fun past time for her
and less stressful on them, not leaving their own home.
This hobby soon inspired her to attend professional
grooming school at Madeline's Institute of Grooming
in Santa Clara, which is an accredited California grooming
school. This training allowed her to begin a new career
out of high tech and into the pet industry. She quickly
realized she found her niche, working with behaviorally
challenged, or those "hard-to-do" dogs. Stephanie has
groomed all shapes and sizes of dogs, as well as cats.
She has been a volunteer for the Human Society and other
rescue groups, grooming dogs that seemed impossible
to clean up and get ready for adoption. While volunteering
her time she was successful at doing those "impossible"
dogs, who later found new loving homes. Also while grooming
in a salon she was always given the "hard-to-do pet"
because of her skills in handling dogs. She is pet CPR
certified and has also been trained in T-Touch.
